We source our beef from the USA, Australia, Spain and the Kobe region of Japan. Our steak and burger specialities are the focus of our menu. But veggie fans can also look forward to extraordinary creations dreamt up by our kitchen professionals. With plenty of know-how and a feel for good ingredients, our chefs man the grill and ensure pure enjoyment with every dish they serve.
Kobe beef, Wagyu Kobe beef and more for special culinary moments
The import of Japanese beef from the Kobe region into Europe has only been possible since 2014. Nevertheless, or perhaps precisely because of this, what is probably the most expensive meat in the world is legendary and has already gained a huge following. Wagyu Kobe beef and Kobe cattle deliver an incomparable taste experience that connoisseurs around the world appreciate and love.
Rib eye: an eye for good beef
Rib eye? The name of this steak comes from the inner muscle strand of the fore rib. Here the beef is framed by a rib cap rich in fatty tissue. As the lean eye, or core, the rib eye lives up to its name. Rib eye is also known as “round roast beef”.
Fillet: the kitchen classic
Beef fillet is one of the most popular cuts in home kitchens, and not without reason. Fillet is particularly tender and lean and extremely versatile to prepare. The term fillet refers to the club-shaped muscle strand of the cattle that runs along both sides of the spine in the loin area.
Rump steak: the delicate all-rounder
Rump steak is a special treat for all fans of juicy steak. It takes its name from the English word “rump”, the rear upper part of the cattle's back. In German, the word is often mistakenly given a supposedly missing “f”. What really is open to debate, however, is the term steak. Depending on the region and the butchering tradition, opinions differ as to which cuts of meat are classed as steak. Whatever your view: we will serve you a first-class rump steak in any case!
Burgers
Hardly any meat dish has won as many fans in recent years as the burger. The ways of preparing it seem endless. With the right ingredients, you can create the most incredible combinations that bring out the full potential of really good minced beef. That's why we keep changing our burgers and develop new recipe ideas every three months.
